1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trailer-Made® website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Trailer-Made® designs, manufactures, and delivers fully equipped commercial kitchen trailers (the "Chef Supreme™") to restaurant owners and food service operators across the United States. Our services include product sales, dealer and affiliate programs, and related consulting.

3. Purchase Terms

All purchases of Trailer-Made® products are subject to a separate purchase agreement provided at the time of sale. Key terms include:

• Deposit: A $4,997 reservation deposit is required to secure a build slot. This deposit is fully refundable prior to production commencing.
• Mid-Build Payment: A payment of $19,999 is due at the mid-build milestone (approximately Day 14 of production).
• Final Payment: The remaining balance of $25,001 is due only after the buyer has reviewed and approved the video inspection of the completed trailer.
• Financing: Third-party financing is available and arranged separately. Trailer-Made® is not a lender and makes no representations regarding financing approval.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Trailer-Made® delivers trailers to the contiguous 48 US states. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery and acceptance of the trailer. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

5. Product Specifications

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate. However, specifications may change without notice. The purchase agreement executed at the time of sale governs the exact specifications of your unit.

6. Warranties

Equipment manufacturer warranties are transferred to the buyer at delivery. Trailer-Made® does not provide an additional product warranty beyond those offered by equipment manufacturers. Details of applicable warranties are provided at the time of purchase.

7. Compliance Responsibility

Trailer-Made® builds trailers to meet state-specific health, fire, and electrical codes and provides engineering blueprints to support permit applications. However, obtaining all necessary operating permits and licenses is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Trailer-Made® makes no guarantee that any particular unit will receive health department approval in any specific jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trailer-Made® website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trailer-Made® and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Dealer and Affiliate Programs

Participation in our dealer and affiliate programs is subject to separate program agreements. Trailer-Made® reserves the right to modify program terms, commission structures, and territorial arrangements at any time with reasonable notice. Program membership does not create an employment or partnership relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trailer-Made® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trailer-Made® and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
