Every Step of Your Build Journey

1
Day 0

Book Your Free Strategy Call

A 20-minute video call with one of our advisors. We ask about your restaurant, your market, and your catering goals. You leave with a specific revenue projection built around your numbers.

No pitch. No pressure. If this isn't the right move for your restaurant, we'll tell you that too.
2
Day 1–3

Reserve Your Build Slot

A $4,997 deposit (10% of total) locks your position in our production schedule. You receive your complete equipment manifest, build timeline, and a direct line to your dedicated build coordinator.

Deposit is fully refundable prior to production starting. Once production has started, the deposit can be offered as a credit toward future orders.
3
Day 5–25

The Build

Your Chef Supreme™ enters our production floor. Electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire suppression, stainless installation, flooring, and custom wrap — all built to your state's exact codes.

Photo and video updates are sent at every major milestone. You always know where your trailer is in the build process.

Mid-build payment of $19,999 (40%) is due at Day 14 after you've seen the progress update.
4
Day 28

Video Inspection → Final Payment

You receive a complete, unedited walkthrough video of your finished trailer. Every system is demonstrated: electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, gas lines, fire suppression, and cooking equipment.

🔒 You are fully protected. The final $25,001 (50%) is only due after you have reviewed the video and given your explicit approval.

Process Questions

Everything About the Build Process

Do I need to visit your facility at any point?
+

No. The entire process is remote. We keep you fully updated with photos and videos throughout the build. The final payment is only due after you've seen and approved the completed trailer on video.

What if I'm not happy with the video inspection?
+

If the video inspection reveals anything that doesn't meet the agreed specifications, we address it before the final payment is requested. The video inspection exists specifically to protect you — we don't proceed to final payment until you're satisfied.

How do photo and video updates work during the build?
+

Your build coordinator sends updates at each major milestone: frame completion, electrical rough-in, plumbing installation, equipment installation, interior finish, wrap application, and final inspection. You always know exactly where your trailer is in the process.

What happens if there is a delay?
+

Our 20–25 business day build timeline is our standard and we hold to it. If an unforeseen supply issue arises, your build coordinator contacts you immediately with an updated timeline. You are never left waiting without communication.

What support do I get after delivery?
+

Direct support contact for your first 90 days. Equipment manufacturer warranties transferred to you at delivery. All health department permit documentation included. Most operators are booking events within 2 weeks of delivery.
