The Dukers DCSPA2 Stock Pot Range is a robust and versatile cooking solution designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring four heavy-duty cast iron three-ring burners, each delivering 40,000 BTU/H for a combined power of 160,000 BTU/H, this range offers high-performance cooking capabilities. With stainless steel sides, a front valve cover, and legs, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The range comes equipped with stainless steel tubing for pilots, 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator, and heavy-duty cast iron top grates. Each burner is co`mplemented by two continuous pilots for efficient ignition, and two manual controls allow for independent operation of the inner and outer rings. The cooking area measures 18" x 49 1/4", providing ample space for large pots and pans, while the product dimensions of 18" x 41" x 22 4/5" make it suitable for various kitchen layouts. Additionally, it includes a full-length seamless drip pan for hassle-free cleanup and is backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
